Biography

Mark Radka, Chief of the Energy and Climate Branch, Economy Division, UN Environment.

Mark Radka heads UN Environment’s Energy and Climate Branch, where he is responsible for managing the organization’s efforts to link the global energy and climate mitigation agendas. UN Environment’s work focuses on reducing emission of greenhouse gases through greater use of renewable energy and improved energy efficiency, and supporting greater engagement by the financial industry in the sustainable energy sector. Mark was a coordinating lead author of the IPCC’s Special Report on Methodological and Technological Issues in Technology Transfer.

Mark will be moderating a policy panel at the Global Power & Energy Leaders' Summit, at GPEX 2018.
